Has been stressful to say the least. I thought I was gonna be fired from my job. I found out I have to come up with $6,300 in the next 7 months in order to graduate from school, I've been struggling to make sales at work and I work solely off of commission and then today to top it all off I dropped my phone this morning trying to put it in my scrubs and shattered the screen.. The brand new screen that I just replaced for $120 about a month ago.. The saying "When it rains it pours" keeps popping up in my mind. But my theraputic pinning on Pinterest of inspirational quotes seems to be helping. Weeks like this make me want to quit everything I'm doing because as worth it, as it will all be in the future.. right now it just seems hard. But this is when my favorite quote in the whole wide world really really REALLY helps. Here it is:
"Remember the law of compensation. The Lord compensates the faithful for every loss. That which is taken away from those who love the Lord, will be added unto them in His own way. While it may not come at the time we desire, the faithful will know that every tear today will eventually be returned a hundredfold with tears of rejoicing and gratitude." -Joseph B. Wirthlin
Those words are so true and so comforting. No matter what kind of crappy situation you are in, you can read that quote and really soak it in and immediately have your spirits lifted. If anybody else is having a hard week and comes across this post. I hope it helped just a little :)
